HoneyVisa provides white-label software to visa agencies. This policy explains, at a high level, how data is handled across the platform.

Our role

HoneyVisa acts as a data processor on behalf of agencies (our customers), who are the data controllers for their clients' information.

Agencies' clients submit information needed for U.S. visa applications. Agencies control what is collected, retained and deleted.

Client information is used solely to provide the intake, review and form-filling services to the agency. We do not sell personal data.

Data is isolated per agency and encrypted in transit. See our Security page for details, including roadmap items.

Requests regarding personal data should be directed to the agency that collected it. We support agencies in fulfilling export and deletion requests.
